Q 4176) If A is 9th person in a queue starting from one end and 11th from another end. What is the number of persons in the queue?

Ans: (C) 19 persons

Number of persons in the queue = 9 + 11 – 1 = 19 persons

Q 4177) Atul ranks 17th in a row of 31 children. What is his rank from the last ?

(A) 12th    (B) 13th    (C) 14th    (D) 15th

Ans: (D) 15th

Atul’s rank from the last = 31 -17 + 1 = 15th
