A and B start together from a point in opposite direction on bike. A’s speed is 21 km/h and B’s speed is 15 km/h. Their combined speed is 36 km/h. The distance between them after 1 hour = 60 minutes will be 36 km and  after  20 minutes will be 36 / 3 = 12 km.
